The project aimed to develop a study that identifies the optimum business model and service mix, to build and operate the telecom passive infrastructure of a smart city. The infrastructure included the GSM, Fiber, Wifi networks and Data Center.

Running a comparative analysis to determine returns, risks and best strategies.
